1. Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within Singapore only.


2. What are your shipping fees?

  • Free shipping for orders above SGD 100

  • SGD 3.99 for orders below SGD 100

  • Next-day express delivery: SGD 7.99


3. How long is delivery?

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: Next business day (cut-off: 2 PM)


4. Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 15 days, but only if the item is:

  • Unused, unwashed, unworn

  • In original condition with tags

  • Not custom-measured or altered

5. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If unavailable, a refund will be issued.


6. Are custom measurement items returnable?

No.
All custom-measurements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


7. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Payment gateways such as SHOPPAY that allows Google Pay, Paypal & Apple Pay.


9. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
