Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

- Wrong size

- Defective item

- Incorrect item received

To be eligible:

- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

- Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items showing signs of wear, altered condition, or damage not caused by us

  • Sales product in BELOW $40 Section.

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the item:

- Refund will be issued to your original payment method

- Processing time: 5–7 business days

Exchange Process

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

- Order number

- Item name

- Reason for return

- Photo of the item (optional but helpful)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

If your return is approved, we will send you:

- Return shipping address

- Return instructions

- A reference number

Pack Your Item

- Use original packaging if possible

- Include all tags, accessories, and labels

- Write the reference number outside the parcel

Ship the Item

- You may send via any local courier

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is incorrect/defective)

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 working days for inspection and processing of your exchange or store credit.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all shipping costs and arrange an exchange promptly.
